Privileges of Licence On completion of your Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with multi engine endorsement and multi engine instrument rating you can get a job and fly under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). You will be in a very good position to make application to your local airline. Course Please note: When you train for a CPL with Multi Engine Instrument Rating, you will conduct your PPL as a preliminary step in your training.
