Where can I live?
You can either make your own arrangements for accommodation or we can arrange “Homestay” accommodation for you.
Homestay means to live with a local person/family. We have all sorts of people with a spare room that they make available for overseas students.
The weekly fee is AUD$200-$220 and includes your room, all meals and laundry. This is often a great way to get started and settle in to your life in Melbourne. Some students choose to stay with this arrangement long term whilst others use it as a “starting” option and then make their own plans, like renting a house and sharing with fellow students.

As we are located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we recommend that you live in this area.
Some suburbs that are close to us are: Mentone, Cheltenham, Parkdale, Mordialloc, Aspendale, Hyatt, Beaumaris, Moorabbin and Dingley.
These suburbs are all 25-30 minutes drive form the city center.
If you want to live nearer to the Melbourne city center, again we recommend the south eastern side of the city. But remember, it may be a little more expensive to live closer to the city center area.
