On a student visa you can legally work up to 48 hours in each 2 week period.

Do not expect to come to Australia and earn enough to pay for your course.

You can only expect to earn enough to help subsidise your living expenses.

The average pay for a casual worker is $25-$40/hour.

We cannot arrange work for you. All of our students who wish to work have been able to find part time jobs.

Please note: to be issued a student visa the Australian Department of Home Affairs requires you to have sufficient funds to pay the course fees and living expenses for the duration of the course.
